This will be a 'Cash Back' offer based on a 'Lucky draw' (subject to terms and conditions written below) |

|
The draw will take place at a client meet, followed by cocktails and dinner in the 1st week of Feb, 2012. |
|
|
| Terms and conditions for the above offer: |
|
| 1. The above offer applies to customers who place their confirmed orders before Oct 31, 2011.* |
|
| 2. Percentage of cash back relates to value of the confirmed order placed by customers as disclosed in their purchase order forms placed with Almats. |
|
| 3. The eligibility of the participants will be subject to compliance of terms mentioned in their P.O. or their written communication. |
|
| 4. A customer will be eligible for only one prize. The multiple entries, will stand automatically cancelled on winning any one prize. |
|
| 5. The cash back would be applicable only on the product cost and not on packing or courier costs. |
|
| 6. The customers participating in the above lucky draw agree that the decision of the management of Almats shall be final and binding on all customers, and customers shall not have right to challenge the same in any manner. |
|
| 7. The venue, date and time for the draw shall be communicated at a later stage and the same shall not be changed at the request of the customer/sparticipating in the draw. |
|
| 8. In the event of withdrawal of confirmed order by any customer prior to the date of draw, order of such customer shall be construed as voluntary withdrawal from the draw. |
|
| 9. Customer shall not have right to challenge the decision/outcome of the draw. |
|
| 10. In the event of withdrawal/cancellation by customer of the confirmed order after the draw is open, the advance paid towards confirmed order shall not be refunded. |
|
| 11. In the event of postponement of the draw by the management of Almats to any further date, the customers shall not have any right to object to the same. |
|
| 12. Customers declared eligible for cash back are not entitled to transfer the benefit of cash back to any other entity. |
|
| 13. After the customer is declared eligible for cash back and withdraws its confirmed order, the benefit of cash back will stand withdrawn. |
|
| 14. A third party audit company will oversee the entire process, which will be carried out in transparent manner. |
|
| 15. Management of Almats reserves its right to amend these terms and conditions at any given point of time. |
|
